La semaine dernière, nous avons écrit à propos de la Chine.

Nous avions indiqué que « la nouvelle route de la Soie » devait terminer sous forme de centre de dispatching en région Wallonne, au plus grand profit notamment de l’aéroport de Bierset.

On pourrait indiquer aussi que, dans le cadre de sa politique d’investissement à l’étranger, la Chine vient de signer un accord majeur avec … Mont Saint Guibert, Commune qui va devenir, pour la Belgique cette fois, non seulement un centre de recherches sino-belge, mais aussi un peu le centre de coordination des investissements Chinois dans le pays. C’est le centre d’affaires « Axis », en bordure de Louvain-La-Neuve, qui semble en pôle position pour décrocher le gros des implantations, tandis qu’un promoteur immobilier serait très avisé de s’intéresser à la façon dont vont se loger les 3.000 chinois attendus d’ici 2020, soit sur les trois prochaines années (source : communiqué de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie belgo-chinoise).
