La rentrée, c’est traditionnellement le moment où tous les magazines et quotidiens sérieux s’adonnent à un exercice de prospective.
Le 23 juin 2016, à 51,9 pcts, la Grande-Bretagne a voté non pas pour le Brexit, mais bien contre l’Europe telle qu’elle est conçue et dirigée. En octobre 2016, les Italiens ont voté non pas contre les réformes qu’il suggérait, mais bien contre le pouvoir en place. En Autriche, les votants ont choisi un nouveau parti contre tous les anciens. Tout le monde s’accorde également à reconnaître que les américains n’ont pas forcément voté pour M. Trump, mais bien contre l’establishment. Personne ne s’y trompe. La preuve. En écho à cette tendance, notons au passage que certains candidats français à la présidentielle ont carrément ôté la cravate pour démontrer combien ils étaient des rebelles dans l’âme. Pourtant, ce n’est pas en France, mais en Hollande qu’aura lieu, la prochaine échéance électorale, les 15 mars 2017, avec un parti ouvertement anti-musulmans qui monte. Ce sera ensuite aux français de s’exprimer les 23 avril et 07 mai 2017 et, enfin, aux allemands, enre auguste et octobre 2017, avec la montée d’un parti, l’Afd, anti-europe et anti-migrants.
Systématiquement accusés de « populisme » par une presse très consensuelle et très liée aux structures en place, tous ces partis montants sont largement nouveaux ou innovants et, en tous cas, en rupture avec des structures qui peinent, non pas seulement à se réinventer, mais simplement à se renouveler. On peut en penser ce qu’on veut sur le fonds, mais pour moi, ça prouve surtout que nos démocraties sont bien vivantes, et ça, c’est une bonne chose.
Pour ma part, je ne me risquerai pas à faire quelque prospective que ce soit, au-delà des dates très précises que je viens de vous communiquer ;-). Je constate simplement qu’à un siècle de la révolution d’octobre, les choses bougent, que le monde se transforme, sous nos yeux. Everyone also agrees that the Americans did not necessarily vote for Mr. Trump, but against the establishment. No one is mistaken. Here is the proof. Echoing this trend, let us note in passing that some French candidates to the presidential office have squarely removed the tie to demonstrate how they were rebels in the soul. However, it is not in France, but in Holland that will take place the next election deadline, March 15, 2017, with a rising party openly anti-Muslim. The French will then speak on April 23 and May 07, 2017, and finally the Germans, in August and October 2017, with the rise of a party, the Afd, anti-Europe and anti-migrants.
Systematically accused of “populism” by a very consensual press and closely linked to the structures in place, all these rising parties are largely new or innovative and, in any case, break with structures that struggle not only to reinvent but simply to renew themselves. We can think of what we want on the fund, but for me, it proves above all that our democracies are alive and well, and that is a good thing.
For my part, I will not venture to make any forecast whatsoever, beyond the very precise dates I have just communicated ;-). I can only see that, a century after the October Revolution, things are moving, that the world is changing under our very eyes. A world that is evolving is a world of challenges and, personally, I love it.
